Lasting Literacy is a specialist literacy intervention service that provides 1:1 literacy sessions, taught using the structured literacy approach. Lasting Literacy provides an accessible, evidence-based service and supports children to reach their full potential in reading, writing & spelling.
TUITION AT LASTING LITERACY
At Lasting Literacy a structured literacy approach is followed for effective reading, writing and spelling instruction. This approach explicitly takes speech to print. Each session is tailored to exactly what the student needs to thrive and build upon their literacy skills.
Students emotional well being is at the centre of all sessions and during each session we strive to ensure that each student experiences a high degree of success and gains confidence, as well as new skills.
Literacy learning must be an enjoyable and rewarding experience for children to become life-long learners.
